This comprehensive study investigates the historical presence, contemporary dynamics, and future prospects of China's immigrant communities across Europe. It analyzes how Chinese migrants have woven themselves into various European societies through intricate networks of self-organization and community-building initiatives. The book delves into diverse facets including identity formation, language retention, economic integration, cultural adaptation, and social acceptance.
The contributions in this volume represent pioneering research by scholars from multiple European countries that encompass Britn, France, Germany, Hungary, Italy, the Netherlands, Portugal, Spn, Denmark and Russia.
